All electrical and/or mechanical products are completely tried & tested before being shipped to its final destination, to ensure trouble free use upon its arrival to you the customer. Any product returned to us
for refund of cancelled sale or any other reason will be charged the amount of shipping plus a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. If due to any defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, this product fails to maintain operating efficiency, we will repair this product or; at the manufacturer's option, replace it with a like product. This warranty does not cover product repair and/or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the manufacturer.
No implied warranty created by law shall extend beyond the terms of this warranty and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any loss of use of the product or incidental or consequential damages which this product might cause. The limitations of this warranty are subject to the Canadian laws. No agent, representative, dealer, or employee of any company has the authority to change the terms of this warranty.
Products are shipped with a manufacturer's limited warranty which outlines in detail the legal terms and conditions of service.
